Limar Marine was established on 2nd January 1996, when Mary Harrington and Lili Zwaan recognised the need of the local fishing industry to have quick access to an array of products for daily maintenance of boats and equipment.

Over time Limar Marine evolved with the changing needs of the community to become a dynamic, interactive business that serves the people of West Cork and Kerry.
